Legacy Elite offers comprehensive assessment and level training for athletes in the cheerleading community. Our evaluations cover tumbling, stunts, and jumps to place athletes in the most suitable level for their skills. Through personalized level training, our experienced staff ensures each athlete is both challenged individually and contributes effectively to the team. Cancellation Policy
Coach Raul Clinics & Private Lessons Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations related to any Coach Raul Clinics or Private Lessons, regardless of the reason. Release of Liability By participating in Legacy Elite activities, including but not limited to clinics, private lessons, or events associated with Coach Raul, Adrianna, and Darion, the undersigned agrees to the following: We hereby release and hold harmless Legacy Elite, Coach Raul, Adrianna, and Darion, their coaches, advisors, sponsors, parent and other volunteers, as well as any venue staff or affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, or demands. This includes any claims made by or on behalf of the participant, their executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, or assigns. We understand that all participants are solely responsible for securing their own personal health, medical, dental, chiropractic, and accident insurance coverage. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms stated above, and waive all rights to hold Legacy Elite, Coach Raul, Adrianna, Darion, or their representatives liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation—including travel to and from any Legacy Elite-related activity. Media Release Waiver By completing this purchase, you grant Legacy Elite, Coach Raul, Adrianna, and Darion permission to use photographs and video recordings of the participant taken during clinics, lessons, or related activities. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Website content Social media platforms Marketing materials and advertisements No personal information (e.g., full names) will be used without additional consent. This release is granted without expectation of compensation and remains in effect unless formally revoked in writing.
