In this session, athletes will focus on back walkover basics. These fundamental skills are the building blocks of all tumbling. By mastering them, athletes will gain the strength, control, and confidence needed to make more advanced skills easier to learn and perform.

Release of Liability By participating in Legacy Elite activities, including but not limited to clinics, private lessons, or special clinics or events, the undersigned agrees to the following: We hereby release and hold harmless Legacy Elite, its coaches, advisors, sponsors, parent and other volunteers, as well as any venue staff or affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, or demands. This includes any claims made by or on behalf of the participant, their executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, or assigns. We understand that all participants are solely responsible for securing their own personal health, medical, dental, chiropractic, and accident insurance coverage. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms stated above, and waive all rights to hold Legacy Elite or its representatives liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation—including travel to and from any Legacy Elite-related activity. Media Release Waiver By completing this purchase, you grant Legacy Elite permission to use photographs and video recordings of the participant taken during clinics, lessons, or related activities. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Website content Social media platforms Marketing materials and advertisements No personal information (e.g., full names) will be used without additional consent. This release is granted without expectation of compensation and remains in effect unless formally revoked in writing. Private Lesson Policy – Legacy Elite To respect the time of our coaches and fellow athletes, please review our private lesson policy: No-shows will result in the cancellation of all future private lessons. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will incur a $10
